Inventory Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\nare committed to work side by side with our customers in order to\nhelp them achieve superior efficiency and productivity levels in\ntheir supply process. This is achieved by providing solutions that\noffer a cost reduction in their processes. We support the reduction\nof transactional costs and contribute to a better resources usage in\nour customer\u2019s plant and its manufacturing processes. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This\nis accomplished through the establishment of stocking agreements with\nthe aid of various inventory management and control programs, such as\njust\nin time<\/em>,\nkanban<\/em>,\nand consignation<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Tax Free Imports<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are a service maquiladora. This allows us to import, stock, and commercialize products free of duties to the exporting companies located nationwide. This is additional proof of our commitment to provide a world class local service to each of our customers.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/div>

Specific Solutions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There\nare plenty of success stories in our records which show how PAE has\ncontributed to higher productivity and efficiency levels in our\ncustomers\u2019 manufacturing processes. This has been the result of\nspecific solutions to their fabricating and inventory management\nneeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To\nachieve this, we work side by side with our vendors\u2019 engineering\ndepartments and based on diagrams, prototype production, samples, and\neven diagnostic visits we develop value proposals for our customers.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Products Locally Available<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One\nof our main value added features in the services we offer is the\ncapacity to locally supply our customers with products of worldwide\nrenowned brands. We are responsible for all the logistics process\ninvolved in transporting products from our vendors\u2019 manufacturing\nfacilities all the way to our warehouses in Mexico or even directly\nto our customers\u2019 facilities in any location nationwide. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This includes taking care of all the procedures and requisites needed to successfully import our products either under a temporary or permanent regime. <\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/div>
